    No. Black Well operates and ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders or ship to overseas destinations at this time.

    Shipping is completely free on all orders placed on our store, with no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout.

  • How long will it take for my order to be processed?

    Orders are securely documented, verified, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.

  • What is the standard transit time for delivery?

    Once handed over to our domestic logistics partners, standard transit takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your delivery address.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    Address modifications can only be requested before your order enters the fulfillment stage. Once an order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot intercept or redirect the package.

    We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.

  • Are there any fees for returning an item?

    No. Black Well provides free return shipping by issuing a prepaid return label via email upon request approval. We do not charge restocking fees, administrative fees, or transactional penalties.

  • Are any clothing items or accessories marked as "Final Sale"?

    No. Every item cataloged on our storefront is eligible for a return within the standard 30-day window, provided it meets our standard return conditions.

  • What are the condition requirements for a return?

    Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing clear signs of use, cosmetic wear, or laundering will not be accepted.

  • How long does it take to receive my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected at our Charlotte fulfillment facility, approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
