Shipping Territory & Jurisdiction Black Well operates exclusively within the United States. We sell and ship products solely to valid addresses located inside the USA. We do not accept international orders or support shipping to overseas destinations at this time.

Shipping Cost We are pleased to offer guaranteed Free Shipping on all orders placed through our store. There are no minimum purchase requirements, code inputs, or hidden freight surcharges calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time All orders are documented, authorized, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays). Once your shipment has been prepared, you will receive an automated notification with tracking details.

Transit & Shipping Time Following the initial processing window, orders are securely handed over to our domestic logistics partners. Standard domestic transit takes approximately 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your designated delivery address.

Delivery Address Adjustments It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and verifiable shipping address at checkout. Address changes can only be requested before order fulfillment. Once an item is handed over to the carrier, we are legally unable to intercept or redirect the parcel.
