Return Eligibility Window You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a formal return. Requests received past this 30-day window cannot be authorized for a refund.
Condition Requirements for Returns To qualify for a full refund, items must be in the exact condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original tags, accessories, and promotional inserts. Items showing clear signs of use, cosmetic marks, perfume scents, or laundering will be rejected.
Free Return Shipping & No Fees We stand firmly behind our products. Black Well covers all return freight costs for domestic orders. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label via email upon approval of your request. Furthermore, we do not assess any restocking fees, administrative fees, or transactional penalties on returned merchandise.
No Final Sale Items Every single clothing item and accessory cataloged on our storefront is eligible for return within the standard 30-day window under identical guidelines. We do not enforce "final sale," "non-refundable," or restricted clearance designations on any portion of our regular collection.
Refund Execution Once your return is received and inspected at our Charlotte fulfillment facility, we will immediately send an email confirmation regarding your approval status. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing times.
