Section 1 - Storefront Operations & Acceptance This digital storefront is operated by Black Well. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer explicitly to Black Well. By visiting our platform or buying garments and accessories from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to remain bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational policies. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and vendors.

Section 2 - Online Store Eligibility & Compliance By executing this contract, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our commercial catalog for any illegal, unauthorized, or predatory purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your local jurisdiction while accessing our services. Any breach or violation of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your commercial access.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Details We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any purchase order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and phone number provided during checkout.

Section 4 - Modifying Services, Pricing, & Assortment Prices for our women’s and men’s clothing collections and accessories are subject to change without prior warning. We reserve the corporate right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any product selection or service element at any time without liability to any buyer or third-party entity.

Section 5 - Product Presentation & Display Accuracy We have made every possible effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our apparel collections within the storefront. We cannot guarantee that your electronic device’s display monitor will render colors with complete precision. All descriptions of items are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 6 - Third-Party Integrations & External Tools We may provide you with access to third-party digital tools (such as payment processors and analytical frameworks) over which we neither maintain corporate control nor input. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Section 8 - Indemnification Clauses You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Well and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 9 - Severability & Contract Continuity In the event that any specific provision within these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
